Discover a new era in vegetable slicing with this innovative cube mandoline! At its heart is a new type of horizontal double-blade system, which is both wavy and serrated or micro-serrated. With this, you can effortlessly slice any fruit or vegetable.
For fine julienne strips, there are 3 cutting combs available in sizes 2, 4 and 10 mm. A special highlight is the patented Cube System, which can cut fruit and vegetables not only into 2, 4 and 10 mm cubes, but also into an attractive diamond shape. The honeycomb structure of the support surface ensures that the food slides easily. Practical feature: A holder for the julienne blades is integrated under the frame to save space.
The pusher and the round slider made of brushed stainless steel with the rotating control system enable you to cut/slice easily and evenly. With this versatile kitchen accessory, there are no limits to your creativity in the kitchen!
