Description
This Dutch Oven is perfect for making stews or braised dishes - whether they're boiled, sautéed or roasted. The innovative and particularly lightweight "Delight" ceramic material developed by Emile Henry has a naturally non-stick coated glaze that prevents sticking and makes clean up particularly easy. Due to the ingenious shape and the raised points in the lid, the pan allows vapours and flavours to circulate easily, making sure that meat and veggies are gently steamed for a tender flavour.
Products made from "Delight Ceramic" can be used on all heat sources. They can be used on induction hobs as well as in ovens and microwaves.
