The steel ensures even heat distribution, while the overhang creates different grilling zones - so you can grill both directly and indirectly!

Note: Season the grill plate before using it for the first time! To season it, heat it to a high temperature and brush with heat-resistant cooking oil. The process is complete when it takes on a dark coating. The surface is now sealed and protected from rust. Repeat the seasoning process at regular intervals to maintain the protective coating and keep it in good condition.
