Description
Cooking on a hot surface over an open fire is a simple and age-old pleasure all over the world. This half ring-shaped plancha is a great way to do that. It is made of enamelled cast iron and gets super hot to allow pan-seared cooking on your Höfats Fire Bowl. It can be used in combination with one half of the BOWL grill.
