Description
This great all-rounder should not be missing in your kitchen! Whether you use the pan for cooking, stewing or frying on the stove, or if you cook with it in the oven - this professional pan is useful everywhere and also a very stylish addition to any table.
The term "3-ply" stands for "3 layers" of which the cookware consists: Inside is stainless steel (18/10), outside chrome steel (18/0) with a magnetic effect (which is a guarantee for optimal cooking results on induction hobs) and in between an aluminium layer is provided, which allows rapid heat conduction. The heat is distributed directly and evenly from the base to the edge.
