The mould is made of brass to ensure a clean cut. The middle plate features a steel spring mechanism which presses the filling evenly into the dough and forms a perfect hemisphere.
The special colour finish is obtained with the PVD process whereby a thin metal layer is deposited over chrome creating a spectacular aesthetic and ensuring a hardened surface.
The handle of the cutter is made of solid wood with a waxed finish and laser engraving. The ergonomic shape and sturdy handle make it comfortable to use.
