Description
This accessory for the "Pasta Fresca" pasta machine is a high-quality attachment for making trenette pasta.
Trenette is a type of long, flat pasta with a width of 3.5 mm. To obtain a dough sheet of the desired thickness, the recommended dial setting on the pasta machine is 6.
The aluminium rollers have a slightly roughened surface which results in making pasta with a slightly rougher surface. This helps sauces adhere better.

Assembly:
The accessory can be easily attached thanks to the bayonet connection on the side of the machine. Once it is installed, it is perfectly stable.
Cleaning:
With a cloth or a brush. Combs are removable. Not suitable for the dishwasher.
